Goal: To recreate a scene using a free-form collage approach (usually I draw things out somewhat meticulously)
This image is from a photo (above) I took at Warm Springs, Virginia. This was the most fun to make. I made extensive use of my scrap collection, including some precut tree shapes that failed to make it into a previous quilt, and cut without any guides or patterns.
