One of my favorite drives is to follow Route 11 from Lexington to Strasburg, VA through the Shenandoah Valley. The history of the region is palpable. There are tiny towns with beautiful old houses all along the way. This one in Edinburgh always stands out. It is a perfect sorting hat.
