Chocolate Sauce for Ice Cream
Easy and delicious. Thin it out just a tad and this is also a good recipe for drizzling over cookies.
In a small pan melt the margarine over medium-low heat. Add the chocolate chips. As they begin to melt, add the sugar.
Stir until everything has melted together.
Turn the heat to low. Add the coconut milk. Keep stirring and cooking, letting it bubble over low heat for about 5 minutes. Spoon over ice cream.
To make a sauce that forms a hard shell over the ice cream, add up to another 1/4 cup chocolate chips and cook the fudge sauce another 3 minutes
or so after adding the sugar.
To make a thinner sauce to drizzle over cookies, add another 1-2 Tablespoons of coconut milk.
