Sesame Noodles
Don't skip this recipe if you are allergic to peanuts. Substitute tahini (sesame paste) for the peanut butter and cashews for peanuts.
1/4 c. minced onion or sliced green onion Mix together: 2T soy light sauce Spaghetti noodles, enough for about 3-4 servings Cook and drain nooldes. Place onion, carrot, pepper, sesame seed and
peanuts in a large bowl. Add drained noodles and the dressing. Toss everything
together and serve either warm or at room temperature. Add more sesame oil if desired. I
also like these cold. OK, I like them anytime. They make a great snack and are an easy

1 grated carrot
1/4 c. finely minced red or green pepper, if you like spicy, make some or all of this
jalepeno
2T toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1T rice vinegar
1T peanut butter
1t. sugar
1/8-1/4 t red pepper flakes
2T vegetable broth
2T sesame oil
