Fragile --- March 2001
The Egos

The first thing that popped into my head when the topic "fragile" was announced was Egos. So I had to try to draw some cartoons of bloated, sour Egos. I found the resulting drawing just hilarious.

I kept trying to make myself work with a more lofty image.  A beach came to mind, expressing the fragile ecology of beaches which are becoming more crowded every year, but the Egos insisted, as egos do and had to be made.
