Lodging and all meals must be provided by the hosting organization as necessary during stay. Commercial accommodations only, no home stays. Private room only, no roommates.
Mileage, at 48.5˘ per mile, or IRS rate at the time of the event, plus all highway tolls to and from destination
Please contact me for accurate milage information. Mapquest and other mileage estimates from internet sources to my mailing address in Riner, VA are NOT accurate, because my home is not located in Riner.
OR Round Trip Airfare plus round trip mileage to nearest airport and any parking costs
When overnight travel is involved, lectures or three-hour classes must be combined with other classes and / or lectures to equal a minimum of $600.00 per visit. Additional minimum charges may be necessary for distant locations.
If a workshop is canceled, and coming to your group for fewer workshops or lectures than originally agreed upon will cause me economic hardship, then I must reserve the right to cancel the remainder of the contracted workshops / lectures.
Fees are effective September 1, 2006 and will be in effect for any workshops which are contracted before September 1, 2007. For contracts negotiated after September 1, 2007, higher fees may be applicable. Please contact me for current rates. All fees are in US dollars.
Please feel free to call with questions or if your group has special needs, or time constraints that do not conform to those listed above. I will be happy to work with your group to accommodate its special requirements.
Occasionally when traveling, especially on longer trips, my husband will accompany me. I will be responsible for all of his expenses. In the case of motels that have an extra charge for a second person in the room, I will pay any extra charge.
Important: If you contact me by email, please also include a snail mail address and/or phone number so that I may have an alternate means of getting in touch. I love the convenience of email, but it does not always get through. I often have difficulty reaching AOL clients.
