Workshop Fees

| Lecture, combined with other classes | $300* |

Plus travel expenses*:
Lodging and all meals must be provided by the hosting organization as necessary during stay. Private room and bath required for home stays.
Mileage, at 55˘ per mile, or IRS rate at the time of the event, plus all parking fees and highway tolls to and from destination
When overnight travel is involved, lectures or three-hour classes must be combined with other classes and / or lectures to equal a minimum of $550.00 per visit. Additional minimum charges may be necessary for distant locations.
If a workshop is canceled, and coming to your group for fewer workshops or lectures than originally agreed upon will cause me economic hardship, then I must reserve the right to cancel the remainder of the contracted workshops / lectures.
Fees are effective September 1, 2012 and will be in effect for any workshops which are contracted before September 1, 2013. For contracts negotiated after September 1, 2013, higher fees may be applicable. Please contact me for current rates. All fees are in US dollars.
