Quilt Label

Print the label onto fusible printer fabric.

Cut out the printed label to size and fuse it to another piece of fabric. This may be your backing fabric or it can be a contrasting fabric. The fabric should be at least 1" larger than the label all around.

Place stabilizer behind the label and stitch to the cloth using a machine blanket stitch or applique stitch.

Remove the stabilizer.

Turn under the edges of the fabric, leaving about 1/2" exposed all around the label.

Hand applique the label to the back of the quilt.
